Step inside, and leave the world behind
From the street, nothing gives away what lies within. Behind the old stone walls, the house reveals itself room by room: characterful spaces, cosy corners, and a sunny courtyard where you lunch completely out of sight.
Renovated over the last nine years, it combines old-world charm with modern comfort, without a square metre wasted. In winter, everyone gathers round the wood-burning stove; in summer, air conditioning in the lounge and the suite takes over. And from the top floor, you can glimpse Mont Ventoux.
« The kind of house you visit for a weekend and end up staying all summer. »

Nine good reasons to call it home
Old-world charm, modern comfort
A typical Drôme Provençale house, with beams, stone and terracotta floors, tastefully renovated and optimised: not a square metre wasted.
2 bathrooms, 2 WCs
A double basin and large bathtub in the suite, a walk-in shower for the other bedrooms: nobody queues in the morning.
Cool all summer, with air conditioning
Thick stone walls keep the heat out, and air conditioning takes over in the lounge and the master suite.
Sunny, tree-shaded courtyard
A 70 m² tree-shaded courtyard terrace, hidden from view, with barbecue and dining area.
Sunny and sheltered
Tucked into its courtyard, the terrace is protected from the wind: lunch outside from the first spring sunshine well into autumn.
Heated plunge pool
A 3 m³ pool warmed by a heat pump, for swimming from April to October.
Garage + parking
A 20 m² garage, plus room for a car in the courtyard behind the gate: a rarity in a village centre.
A quiet street
No traffic, just cicadas and the village church bells.
Bakery 200 m away
Fresh bread and croissants on foot, every morning.
A house that also earns its keep
The house is let from time to time on Airbnb, where it is very popular. Guests love its calm, its terrace and its pool.
It is booked from April to September for weekends, long weekends, full weeks and holidays, and even over Christmas.
Enjoy it whenever you like, and rent it out the rest of the time to cover a good share of the running costs.

Our holiday home, which we are parting with reluctantly
This house is our hideaway. We come whenever we can, for a weekend or the holidays, and we renovated it room by room, just the way we would love to find it on arrival.
We are selling it reluctantly, to fund a new main home. It is ready to live in: step through the door and everything is furnished, equipped and decorated. There is nothing left to do but enjoy it.
